Are you insured?

Yes - We have a comprehensive public liability cover.  Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by us up to

£5 million.

 

What areas do you cover?

Back-T-New usually will cover an area within a 50 mile radius of Blackpool.  We operate throughout Lancashire, Greater Manchester and South Cumbria.

 

Do you charge per hour or per job?

Our cleaning service is NOT charged per hour but per job.  We will either give you a quote over the phone from information you provide, or following a site survey.

 

What happens if I am dissatisfied with the cleaning service?

In the unlikely event that  you are unhappy with the service provided by Back-T-New, we will either re-do the charge free of charge or refund your money.  Complaints should be lodged within 48 hours of the service.

 

Are there any extra charges to pay?

In some cases where we cannot park our vehicle free of charge, we may require reimbursement of the parking fee.  A fuel charge may apply subject to distance travelled - this will be by prior arrangement.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash or cheque on completion of the work, except for contract work which will be invoiced.  We don’t charge VAT.

 

Do you guarantee your service?

Back-T-New guarantees that we will perform any cleaning service to your complete satisfaction.  We will either redo the work free of charge to your satisfaction or refund your money.

 

What are your working hours?

0900 - 1800 Monday - Saturday.  Other times by prior appointment.
